What You’ll Do
- Be a primary point of contact for client service and support
- Build long-term relationships with customers in the community
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates
- Support retention efforts and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage
- Work closely with the agent and team in a professional, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
